Due to current advice from the Church of England, and in line with Government advice, all public worship and group meetings in person have been paused until further notice. This includes ALL of our childrens and youth groups.
Howver, we are still here to support you, and also to keep you all in our prayers.
Here are some resources to download that you might find useful if you have children at home, and wish to pray together, have some family worship time or tell stories of Jesus.
- This great resource pack from the Diocese of York which has activities for Holy Week – starting on Palm Sunday and culminating on Easter Sunday. If you decide to make an Easter Garden – post a picture of it on our Facebook page, and the best ones might make it into our Easter Sunday service online.

Across the Bramham Benefice we love to see people of all ages growing in faith and this includes children and young people. With regular children’s groups, holiday club, and seasonal events, we hope we offer something for everyone!

Due to the current situation with the Corona Virus outbreak, the Church of England advice is to not hold any services or meetings. This means that unfortunately all of our groups for children and young people will be suspended, including the Easter Holiday Club.
Here are some resources that you might find useful if you are self isolating and have children at home, and wish to pray together or tell stories of Jesus.
St Mary’s church is open daily, and is a large open space, where you are welcome to visit for quiet time, prayer or just to come to for a walk out with your children if they are staying home.

Each year we run a Holiday Club during the first full week of the Summer Holidays.
In 2019 our theme was Backpackers.
Watch out for more details of our Easter Holiday club Xpedition Force taking place from 6-8 April and for our summer Holiday Club, 27-31 July 2020
Young Life is our youth group for young people in years 7+, open to all, we meet on Fridays from 7-9, usually at St Mary’s, which is run jointly with the King’s Church
Everyone is welcome for games, food, quizzes, challenges and lots of fun.
Come and join us for a fun afternoon of play, activities and refreshments for babies, toddlers, parents and carers. The play session is followed by a short service, including lots of action songs!
Twice monthly at St Mary’s Church, Boston Spa, and one a month at All Saints Church, Bramham
Discoverers is our group for Primary school children.
It is held at St Mary’s CE Primary School, Boston Spa twice a month. We learn from the Bible using games, stories, crafts, music, and drama.
Thursday evenings from 3.30 – 5pm at St Mary’s School
